The Resurrection

When some of the women went to the tomb on Sunday morning to anoint Jesus' body, they were welcomed by an angel who has removed the stone from the tomb. He invited them to see that the Lord Jesus had risen just as He said. He also told the women to tell the disciples to go to Galilee to meet with Jesus. The religious leaders conspired with the guards to devise a cover story to explain the missing body of the Lord. When Jesus met with His disciples, he commissioned them to make disciples from all people everywhere and reminded them of HIs enduring presence with them.
