First Baptist Church, Tallassee is excited to offer a scholarship for the 2026-2027 academic year to support students who demonstrate strong faith, academic achievement, and a heart for service.  A minimum of one $500 scholarship will be awarded, with the potential for additional or larger awards based on available funding.

✅ Eligibility Requirements:
Current college student actively involved in a local church.
High school senior currently a member of First Baptist, Tallassee.
Must be currently enrolled at a college or university or currently in the enrollment process as a high school senior.  
Must show a strong commitment to faith, academic excellence, and community service.


📄 Application Requirements:
A completed application form.
A 500-word essay answering:  “How My Faith Shapes My Educational and Life Goals”
A letter of recommendation from your pastor or youth leader
An unofficial high school or college transcript
